We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules and procedures for cancellations, modifications, and refunds in accordance with the regulations for travel agencies operating in Morocco. 1. General Conditions for Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at least 30 days before the start of your trip to receive a full refund (except for non-refundable deposits or transaction fees).
For cancellations made 15–29 days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations made 7–14 days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour, or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Deposits paid to confirm a booking are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Modifications to Bookings
Requests to modify travel dates, itineraries, or services must be made in writing to support@experienceinmorocco.com.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
Bank charges, transaction fees, and currency exchange differences are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by Experience in Morocco
In rare cases where Experience in Morocco must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, government restrictions, natural disasters), clients will be offered:
A full refund of all payments made, or
The option to reschedule or apply the amount toward a future trip.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation in cases where cancellations, delays, or changes are caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political events, or strikes.
