Booking Policies

To confirm your tour, we require a small deposit, which can be paid via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer to our account. The remaining balance is usually settled in cash at the time of pick-up, directly to your driver, in euros or the equivalent in US dollars or Moroccan dirhams.

Can the full amount be paid through PayPal?
In most cases, we ask for the balance to be paid in cash, as PayPal involves higher transaction fees and possible processing delays. However, if you prefer to pay the full amount via PayPal, this can be arranged, but a 5% surcharge will apply to cover additional transaction costs. If you would like to use this method, please arrange the payment in advance of your tour.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days before the start date of the tour are eligible for a full refund.
