Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Aït Ben Haddou – Draa Valley – M’Hamid

Pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech at 7:00 a.m. and drive through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) in the High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and traditional Berber villages. Continue to Telouet and visit the Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and iconic filming location. After lunch, travel via Ouarzazate through Tizin Tinififte (1,600 m) into the lush Draa Valley.

Stop briefly in Agdez and Zagora before arriving in M’Hamid Desert. Embark on a camel ride to watch the sunset over the dunes and reach your comfortable desert bivouac. Enjoy dinner by the campfire with traditional desert music and immerse yourself in the majestic silence of the Sahara.


Day 2: M’Hamid – Zagora – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise in the Sahara Desert followed by breakfast at your bivouac. Return by vehicle towards Agdz and Zagora, then stop in Ouarzazate for lunch. Continue back to Marrakech, arriving around 8:00 p.m., marking the end of your 2-day desert adventure.
