DAY 1: Arrival – Casablanca
Your 16-day private tour begins with a transfer from the airport to your hotel in Casablanca, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary meal. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore some highlights of Casablanca, including the Hassan II Mosque, the Moroccan Mall, or a nearby beach.
DAY 2 : Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes
Start the day with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, then drive to Rabat, the capital, to explore the Royal Palace, Chellah ruins, Mohammed V Mausoleum, Hassan Tower, and the medina with its bustling souks. Continue to Meknes for dinner at a local restaurant overlooking Bab el Mansour gate.
DAY 3 : Meknes – Volubilis – Fes
Visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis before heading to Fes, where you’ll spend the night at a local Riad.
DAY 4 : Fes Sightseeing
Explore the oldest city in Morocco, including the Royal Palace gate, the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), Al Qaraouine University, Tanneries, Attarine Museum, and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, visit local cooperatives and enjoy a panoramic view over the Medina before returning to your Riad.
DAY 5 : Fes – Midelt – Er-Rachidia – Erfoud
Drive through the Atlas Mountains, stopping at Ifrane to explore the cedar forest and see the Berber apes. Continue through the Tiz Ntalghamt Pass and Ziz Gorge, stopping for photos and lunch, then cross the Ziz Valley to Er-Rachidia before arriving at Erfoud for the night.
DAY 6 : Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga
Depart for Rissani for lunch before reaching Merzouga, where you can walk around the Erg Chebbi dunes. Optional camel rides take you to the desert camp for sunset, dinner, and an overnight stay in Berber tents.
DAY 7 : Merzouga Desert Tour
After breakfast, explore the desert by 4×4, visiting nearby caves, the village of Tissrdmin, and the Black Desert, where you’ll have tea with a local Tuareg family. Visit Khamlia village to enjoy Gnawa music, have a traditional Berber pizza for lunch in Rissani, then take a camel ride to watch the sunset and spend another night at the desert camp with dinner and music under the stars.
DAY 8 : Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge
Catch the sunrise over the dunes, freshen up at a hotel, then drive through Rissani and Tinghir to Todra Gorge, Morocco’s highest and narrowest gorge. Continue to Dades Valley, enjoying the “Monkey Toes” rock formations, and stay overnight in a local hotel.
DAY 9 : Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate
Drive along the “Thousand Kasbahs” route, stopping at Kalaat Mgouna in the Valley of Roses, then visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou. Continue through the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass to Marrakesh for the night.
DAY 10 : Ouarzazate – Taroudant

DAY 11 : Taroudant – Tafraoute – Agadir
Continue to Tafraoute, surrounded by granitic rocks, then drive to Agadir for the night.
DAY 12 : Agadir – Essaouira
Drive to Essaouira, the “Pearl of the Atlantic,” check in at a Riad, watch the sunset from the city walls, explore the old Portuguese city of Mogador, and enjoy a seafood dinner near the harbor.
DAY 13 : Free Day in Essaouira
Spend the day discovering Essaouira at your own pace, visiting its historic port, medina, and enjoying fresh seafood or attending local music festivals.
DAY 14 : Essaouira – Marrakesh
After breakfast, depart to Marrakesh for an overnight stay at a local Riad.
DAY 15 : Marrakesh Sightseeing
Explore Marrakesh’s highlights including Jamma el Fna square, Koutoubia Mosque, the souks, palaces, museums, and the modern district of Gueliz, including Menara and Majorelle Gardens.
DAY 16 : Marrakesh – Casablanca
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before departing to Marrakesh or Casablanca, arriving around 6 PM, marking the end of your tour.
